Terms of Doing Business

1. Minimum order of six garments of assorted styles and sizes exclusive of shipping charges. Deliveries to NY, NJ and CT will have applicable Sales Tax added.

2. Goods are made to order; allow 12 to 15 working days for fabrication.

3. Payment Terms: Check with Purchase Order or Major Credit Card.

4. Make checks payable to Geoffrey Drew Marketing, Inc.

5. Returns: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted for decorated or washed garments. Since all goods are made to order, returns due to customer error will not be accepted.

6. Shortages and Damages: Claims for Shortages or Damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No goods will be accepted after two weeks after receipt of merchandise.

7. Drop Shipments: We can not and will not be responsible for descrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer.
